BIOGRAPHY OF HERMAN FORRESTER

Brother Herman Forrester is a lifelong resident of Bowling Green, Ky. He was born May 26, 1949 to Herman Forrester Sr. and Ramona Thurman Forrester. Brother Forrester is married to the former Patty L. Downs, they have three sons Jim, Gabe and Jake. They currently have two granddaughters Caroline and Maude Ellen. Brother Forrester is retired from the United States Postal Service with thirty-six years of continued service. He attended Warren County Schools, graduating from Warren County High School in 1968 and attended Western Kentucky University. After graduation he joined the United States Air Force, serving with the 821st C.S.P.S.,

Ranger,82nd, he served as an Advisor to South Vietnamese Troups in the Central Highlands, Republic of Vietnam, 1969-1970. Herman and Patty belong to Hillvue Heights Church. Brother Forrester has coached football for 20 years, at all levels.

He served on the Warren County Youth Football League Board of Directors and was President of the Moss Middle School Quarterback Club, and an Officer of the Warren Central Booster Club. Brother Forrester is a member of the Odd Fellows, American Legion and other Vietnam Veteran Groups.
